Kind Natured Soothing Sea Salt and bergamot Bath Soak and Body Wash Review

**I have not been asked by the company to write this review. **

Whilst browsing child free in Boots the other day I came across a product by a company called Kind Natured.

The products are free from Sulphates, Parabens & Petrochemicals which is a good thing it means no nasties will be going onto your skin or into your hair. And it’s also good for the envioment.

Kind Natured offer Hair care and bath care products. I brought the sea salt and bergamot bath Soak and the body wash. It smelt amazing, like being at the sea side. And I live the sea side.

When I used the bath Soak I used two small drops as I always do with using any product and there were quite a lot of bubbles, and it also made the bathroom smell lovely.

The bath was very relaxing and I read some of my book. The body wash has left my skin really soft and smooth, unlike the product I am using at the moment.i also only needed to use a small amount which is a bonus as the body wash will last much longer!

Even hubs had a bubble bath and said his skin feels smooth!!!

The price of the product was £2 99 from what I can remember.

Now when I pop to Boots next time I am certainly going to be buying the hair care products to see how they are on my very sensitive scalp.

Oh and did I mention they also do a children’s range too, now we know what the children will be getting from Santa don’t we?

A brief reminder

Dear Bear and Beany

I came across this post Nobody Saw You this morning, I admit it made me cry. Why? Not in a bad way, but in a good way.

I’ll explain, the last few months I always feel like I am alone, I know I’m not alone I have a few amazing friends, family and of course the Hubs and the children. But motherhood can be such a lonely world, Wether or not you are a such butterfly or you shine away, motherhood can actually be  a very lonely place, we all share our experiences with others, but nobody knows what goes on behind closed doors. I’ve had a hell of a time with Bear recently, no matter what I do or say he just screams and crys after school, I really do not think waking up at 5am is really helping but it’s so hard to break the code of getting him to sleep until 6am! Bell isn’t helping the matter either, she is now going through the phase of she wants a comforter but she really doesn’t actually want it, so the milk cup is thrown out of the bed about 10 times before she even considers going to sleep.

It also doesn’t help that autumn is officially here the nights are getting colder and longer, I am back to work and I hate October with a passion. Why? In 15 days would mark the anniversary of my mums death to Cancer. Did I tell you cancer sucks?

The upside to the last few months are I’ve found friends who want to know me, who are worried about me, who know this isn’t like me hiding away. I’ve joined The PTA as chair (this could be fun!), I’m also joining in with more class parent social events, I’m hunting for a new group to take Bell to, as I think she is getting bored of the local ones, even though they are amazing!  Bear is getting in to his reading and doing really well  in year 1 so far and Bell adores Pre-school.

My message really is about everyone may always have a smile on their faces, be a social butterfly and seem to know everyone and anyone, but in reality that person is, or could be the most loneliest person in the world or they may feel like the most loneliest person in the world even though they aren’t.

Family fun time!

Tammymum

What we do for our family fun times?

I thought I would do a quick bullet point and picture post of a few things we love doing…

We love the outdoors and exploring different places.

We also love watching the change of seasons

We love bathtime! Who knew adding food colouring could be so much fun. Why not have a peek at my Fun Bath Time Ideas Post for more ideas.

We love dressing up and being crafty!

We love playing with our Cats Willow and Daisy

There are so many more fun things we love doing together as a family, far too many to mention!
What do you love doing as a family?

Why not #familyfun on twitter and join in with the fun! I am also on Instagram

Learning, books and Ipads

When I was younger, there wasn’t Google, Yahoo or ask jeeves to search your research we used books.

Everything now a days you can find out from searching the Internet, whether that’s from your phone, tablet, laptop or computer. Everything is at the touch of a button.
Even some schools  relay on Internet for children to search for information if they are doing a project.

This got me thinking about when Bear and Bell start to research for projects or wanting to find out more about something they have learnt at school. Will I allow them to just jump on the Ipad and search what they want to know, or will I encourage them to find a book and read from there what they need to know…

As you may know if you follow my twitter and Instagram I love books, and I mean LOVE books,  I really wish I had a bigger place so I could start my own library, with a comfy chair and some lovely cushions… I can dream.. anyway what was I saying…

So you may of gathered by now I would 100% encourage them to read books to find out the information they need.

Why will limit the amount of time let them use the tablets?

Technology devises give of small amounts of radiation, which isn’t good for anybody!

It encourages poor posture and strains the eyes.

It over excites the brain! Which then would make the children not be able to fall asleep easily.

You can get so many different books to find out information, you can get books from places you visit, books for helping learn maths, about your body, flap books, feely books the list goes on and on.

And reading a book is so much more beneficial then sitting on a tablet/Ipad, as you can’t guarantee the correct spellings or punctuation on the website! Maybe I am such a book worm that I really hope that one day Bell and Bear will love reading as much as I do.

Fun Bath Time Ideas!

Bath times can be either stressful or calm. Either way bathtime can be very repetitive.
Here are a few fun ideas to keep your little ones entertained in the tub. I promise they are super easy, easy to clean and cheap

  • Shaving foam paint… Shaving foam and food colouring.
  • Colour themed bath… do you have lots of yellow ducks floating about? Why not change the bath water to yellow, add some rubber ducks and a few yellow balloons.
  • Disco bath… Glo sticks and bubbles
  • Read a story… why not read a story whilst in the bath a great one my two love is “Going on a bear hunt” beware through the floor does get a bit wet!
  • Music… play some music outside the bathroom, calming music works well as it calms your little ones down…. hopefully!
  • Add ice to the bath…
  • Why not buy some glow in the dark shapes and Bluetax them on to the tiles for a space, insect, dinosaur or princess theme.

You can buy glo sticks and glow in the dark shapes from eBay or Amazon  for super cheap!

Bell and Bears Christmas wishlist

Christmas is catching up on us slowly but surely.

Last night after school we had a look through the catalogues and these are what they would love… they have chosen very similar

  1. Playmobil

Bell loves animals so this would be perfect for her

Bear has almost the whole set of the emergency services so this will complete the set

    2.Lego

Who doesn’t love Lego, now Bear is 5 I don’t think Christmas would be complete without a box or two of Lego to make up

    3. Books

Bears reading is really improving and he keeps looking at the Dirty Bertie books, Bell loves fairies I know she’s too small to read but we already have one Rainbow Magic book which we sit and read and she loves listening

    4. VTECH kiddie zoom range

Bell and Bear really can not decide what they would love more from this collection, and I have to agree VTECH is a brilliant make and practical toy for all ages!

    My Christmas wish list

How is it that Christmas will soon be upon us?

The shops are already getting Christmas bits in, but hardly any sign of Halloween bits.

It Has got me thinking of my christmas  wish list.

    What do I really need?

    What Would Be practical?

So here is my Christmas wish list for 2016

    1. Canon EOS 1200D DSLR Camera with 18-55 Lens – Grey. I would love a camera to use instead of my Samsung Galaxy S6

    2. Asus VivoBook E200 11.6 Inch Atom 2GB 32GB Laptop. I so need a new laptop. My current one keeps going funny and loosing the screen image!

    3. Sanctuary Salt Scrub. Everyone needs a pamper once in a while don’t they? And with a busy household why not bring the spa home instead.

    4. Kind Natured. I have never heard of these products before but they smell amazing and would be great for day to day use.

I also would love a BMW mini cooper 5 doors but I think I am pushing my luck with this one!

What is on your Christmas wish list?

    Why I shouldn’t be here…

Watching somebody die whether it’s from old age or a long term illness is horrible.  But so is loosing a child. I’ve been lucky (touching wood frantically!) I have two healthy, clever, bright children. Who do push the limits, who do scream and shout, who do 1001 things they shouldn’t do but overall I always think how lucky I am.

I technically should not be here, I should of died when I was a year old because of NHS waiting lists for open heart surgery. My nan phoned the hospital up and demanded that I had surgery or I wouldn’t be here in a fortnight’s time, luckily a space came open and I had open heart surgery not once but twice and I survived.

I came close to death a 2nd time when I was 18/19, I had appendixes they almost burst, my windpipe collapsed during theater and I had to be revived. (I survived again!).

My third and hopefully last until I’m old and annoying! Was when I had Bell. C-sections are not easy, I lost 2 liters of blood, if they couldn’t get the blood to stop I would of bleed to death.

It goes to show how strong and how advanced the NHS has come. Many people used to die during c-sections, during basic operations.

I feel lucky I am alive!

Embrace life, take it in your hands and don’t look back on the past, unless it’s happy memories of course!
